Fire risk management assessments

By law* those persons in control of premises have to carry out a fire risk assessment of the premises under their control whether owned, leased or rented.

Our fire risk management assessments are written in line with the British Standard PAS 79:2007 -  the Fire Risk Assessment Guidance Specification.

We’ll visit your premises, review your documentation, and have meetings with your fire wardens or marshals, and other relevant personnel.

Our assessment will detail your current controls and preventative measures and tell you whether they are sufficient.  It will make recommendations to improve either your physical control measures or your management systems.

We’ll also include our suggested dates by which you should complete our recommended actions.
